Coalition of Counselors (A-Z)

The coalition of counselors are therapists that we have met with, screened and deemed safe to provide counseling to members of our community.

This is how they have answered the following questions:

  • Do you believe homosexuality is a sin? No
  • Do you believe gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered people should have the right to marry and adopt children? Yes
  • Do you believe that homosexuality is in any way secondary or less than heterosexuality? No

They have all signed the following statement:

"I believe that all people are created equal and entitled to all civil rights and liberties as available in this country; that all people deserve to feel safe and free to be authentic within their families, jobs and communities; and that oppression of the LGBT community must end."

Are you a counselor who'd like to join the Coalition? Please Contact Us.

Do you know a counselor who you think should be included? Nominate them here!

I grew up with a gay cousin who has been out and proud since age 16. I have witnessed the challenges he faced over the years. Our family has always accepted him (and his partners).  I look forward to assisting others going through the coming out process.

I primarily work with individuals seeking to make postive changes in their lives. Almost all of the individuals I have worked with have some depression, anxiety and worthiness issues. I also enjoy working with both family and partnership relationship issues. I have also experienced success with people challenged by trauma and abuse.

I thrive on seeing individuals implement change in their lives and relationships achieving greater degrees of functionality and success. I validate and celebrate accomplishments and help my clients visualize and achieve the future they desire.
