I am a LMHC with a private practice in Sarasota, Florida. My approach with all of my clients is to be open, nonjudgmental and supportive. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques and find it most effective to provide each individual with a variety of resources to draw from. I see therapy as a collaborative process and I work together with my clients to clarify specific issues, define desired goals and create strategies to accomplish desired outcomes.
